Felix Kupay
Felix graduated from the University of Birmingham with an MA in Social Policy (2009) and an MSc. in International Development (2010) . He is currently a Housing Officer for Solihull Children’s Services. He also acts as a Consultant for the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). Felix has also worked for 6 years as a Senior Project Manager for an international NGO in Africa.
Victor Wavingana
Victor has very strong experience and understanding of tackling cases of anti-social behaviour and crime in social housing.
With direct experience of housing management – delivery of generic and specialist functions – and specialised in tackling anti-social behaviour and fraud. He learned, first hand, from the very best in the field of tackling anti-social behaviour.
Beside his B.A (Hons) in Housing Professional Studies, Victor has a BTEC in Investigative Interviewing and he is an Accredited Counter-Fraud Specialist (ACFS). He understands that anti-social behaviour can seriously deteriorate the quality of life for residents and have a negative impact on neighbourhoods and communities. Thus, public confidence demands that appropriate tools and powers are used effectively, that incidents of anti-social behaviour are taken seriously and that a swift and professional response if provided.
Victor has worked in the field of anti-social behaviour since 2006. He recourses to a direct and strong approach, quickly identifying clients’ strengths and weaknesses and providing the necessary advice and steps to take to positively resolve cases.
